HistoryCar.co.uk provides digital vehicle history reports delivered instantly upon purchase. Our service operates on a subscription model, granting access to vehicle history checks during the subscription period.
2. Digital content and your rights
As our reports are digital content delivered instantly, please be aware that under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel a purchase of digital content is lost once the content has been accessed or downloaded, provided you gave your prior consent at the time of purchase.
When you subscribe and generate a report, you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived for that report.
3. Our satisfaction guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. Despite the digital nature of our product, we offer refunds in the following cases:
